I’m from Quebec, Canada, and my journey started with a simple realization: we’re more connected than ever through technology, yet people have never felt more alone. After seeing the toll the pandemic and social distancing took on people’s mental health, I knew I had to do something. That’s when the idea hit me: “What if I could make a difference, one hug at a time?”

In February 2022, I gave my first free hug in Montreal, Canada, and I haven’t stopped since. That’s how HUG4LOVE was born. But as I traveled, hugged thousands of people, and heard their stories, I realized this was about more than just hugs—it was about connection. Real, human connection.

We Are One: The Movement grew from this understanding. It’s not just about giving a hug or a kind word. It’s about showing up for others and creating a ripple effect of kindness and compassion in a world that desperately needs it. Through hugs, conversations, and shared experiences, I’ve seen how small actions can spark big changes—how a single moment of connection can light up someone’s life.

But I didn’t stop there. To truly live this mission and inspire others, I had to work on myself first. I transformed my mindset, grew my self-love, and started taking care of every part of my life—physical, emotional, financial, and relational health. I realized that if I could create this kind of change in my own life, others could too.

That’s why I teamed up with Innertune and Mindset Vibration to take this vision global. Together, we’ve built a movement that’s about more than just hugs—it’s about helping people reconnect with themselves and each other. It’s about reminding the world that kindness is powerful, and connection is what makes us human.
